Posted in : All, Main Dish on by : Jeremy
1 ¼ pound ground beef
3 ounces cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
18 jumbo pasta shells (cooked, rinsed, and drained)
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup taco sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups crushed tortilla chips
Garnish: sour cream, lettuce, olives, tomatoes, green onions
Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain fat. Reduce heat to medium-low and add cream cheese, salt, and chili powder. Simmer for 5 minutes. Toss cooked pasta shells in butter and fill with beef mixture. Arrange shells in a buttered 13×9” pan. Pour taco sauce over each shell. Cover with foil and bake in a 350° F oven for 15 minutes. Top cheese and chips, bake another 15 minutes uncovered or until cheese is melted. Top with garnishes.
