Raspberry Dumplings

Berry mix:
2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
1 cup water
¼ – 1/3 cup sugar
Dumpling ingredients:
1 ½ cups Bisquick
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
1/8 tsp. vanilla
½ – 2/3 cups milk
Place berry mix ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix all dumpling ingredients together until well mixed. Dough should be soft & moist. Drop by spoonfuls into the boiling raspberries. Turn to low, cover and cook 15 minutes.
