Pumpkin Roll

1 cup flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
3 egg
2/3 cup pumpkin pie filling
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 375°. Prepare cookie sheet with sides by greasing sheet and then place a sheet of waxed paper on it. Sift together flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg and salt. Set aside. Beat sugar and eggs until stiff. Add pumpkin pie filling. Mix in dry ingredients. Pour batter onto prepared cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until center springs back. When done baking place cake face down on a towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar. Pull off waxed paper and roll into the towel (like a jelly roll). Let cool. When cooled mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Unroll cake and spread filling over the cake and roll back up. Refrigerate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
