Pretzel Salad

1 stick butter
1 cup crushed pretzels
½ cup sugar
20 ounces crushed pineapple drained
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberry, strawberry ,or cherries
½ cup sugar (for fruit part)
8 ounces cream cheese
10 ounces cool whip

Mix butter, ½ cup sugar & pretzels. Bake 400 degrees for 7-8 min. Stir to crumble after baking. Save ¼ cup for top later. Mix cream cheese and ½ cup sugar, add crushed pineapple, raspberry, strawberry, or cherries. Fold in cool whip mix in pretzel mix. Top with spare pretzel mix.
