Painkiller

Rum
4 parts pineapple juice
1 part cream of coconut
1 part orange juice
Grated fresh nutmeg

Warm can of cream of coconut before opening in hot water. If not liquid once opened, microwave in safe container. Mix pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and orange juice. Pour juice mixture, ice and rum in a shaker, shake and pour into cocktail glasses and top with grated nutmeg.
