No Brown Meatballs

Meatballs:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup saltine crackers, crushed
½ cup milk
2 eggs
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
Garlic and pepper to taste

Sauce:
¼ cup yellow mustard
1 ½ cups ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup vinegar
Mix meatball ingredients in a bowl. Shape into meatballs and place in a 13×9” pan. In a separate bowl combine sauce ingredient and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
