Healthy Oatmeal Cookie

Ingredients:
28g oats
50g ripe banana
46g egg whites
6g whey protein powder
8g casein protein powder
8g powdered peanut butter
12g erythritol
1.2g baking powder
1/3 tsp salt
10g Mini Chocolate Chips

Optional: 14g walnuts

Directions:
Mash the banana until smooth. Mix all the ingredients into the banana. Put onto parchment paper (use a small plate to shape). Air fry at 260 for 8 minutes (soft is good)

Optionally: Add walnuts before cooking and/or whipped cream after.
