Chocolate Frozen Torte

12-16 servings
1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup flaked coconut
½ cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ gallon vanilla ice cream softened
In a saucepan over low heat melt marshmallows and chocolate chips with evaporated milk. Remove from heat and cool. In a skill stir coconut in butter until browned. Remove from heat and stir in cracker crumbs. Pat ¾ of the graham crackers crumb mixture into a 13×9” pan and let cool. Spoon half of the ice cream on to crust. Top with half of the chocolate mixture. Layer with remaining ice cream and chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover and freeze at least 2 hours before serving.
