Cheese Log

8 ounces cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayo
½ tsp. Dijon mustard
2 green onions with tops
6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup of pecans
Mix all ingredients together except pecans. Place between waxed paper sheets and roll into a log shape. Roll log into ½ cup of pecans and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers.
