Cannelloni Roma

¾ pound ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg (beaten)
¾ tsp. oregano
¾ tsp. garlic salt
12 manicotti shells (uncooked)
16 ounce can of tomatoes
15 ounce can of tomato sauce
1/3 cup of water
6 ounces shredded mozzarella
Brown meat, drain. Add onion, cook until tender. Stir in half of the parmesan cheese, the egg, and seasonings. Fill manicotti shells and place in a 10×6” baking dish. (Leftover meat can be placed between shells if necessary). Pour combined tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water over manicotti. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cook another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
