Buttery Blueberry Muffins

15 muffins
¾ cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
¾ cup milk
1 egg
1 ¾ cup flour
2 ½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp. flour
Cream butter and sugar. Add milk and egg and beat until smooth. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Toss blueberries with 1 Tbsp. flour and gently fold into batter. Fill a well-greased muffin pan making each cup ¾ full. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
